Terms of Service

Welcome to Kamado App. By using our service, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for securing your account and password. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. The information you provide during registration must be accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You are solely responsible for the content you post (recipes, cook logs, photos, comments). Your content must not: infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, be illegal, offensive, or misleading, or contain spam.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

Kamado has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Hate, threats, sexual exploitation, harassment, spam, scams, and illegal content are not allowed.

We use automatic text filters and user reports to detect suspicious content. Users can report content and block other users. Blocked users disappear from your feed immediately.

We review reports within 24 hours. Content that violates these terms will be removed and the user who posted it may be suspended or removed.

Certain features are available through paid subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not available for already billed periods, unless required by law.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By publishing content on Kamado App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote this content within the service.

The platform itself, including design, code, and branding, is the property of Software DC and may not be copied or reused.

Kamado App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss, to the extent permitted by law.

Recipes and cooking instructions on the platform are shared by users. We are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or suitability of user-shared content.

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate the service or revoke your access for violation of these terms or other justified reasons, with reasonable notice where possible.

We may modify these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will inform you via email or a notification on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
